Scope: Lead Operator on shift in the Pulp Mill. Provide direction to Pulp Mill crew members to provide safe, reliable equipment operation within defined parameters. Demonstrate a balance of technical and organizational skills consistent with the Quinnesec Mill leadership principles.

Musts: Fully certified Pulp Mill JFII Operator, with one certification through the gate in JFI.

• Ability to develop, coordinate and implement on-shift projects
• Involvement in crew training, troubleshooting, decision making
• Willingness to become a Pulp Mill Team Leader
