As part of Billerud's ongoing digital transformation, we are strengthening our Global Integration team and are now looking for a Global Integration Architect - Customer Integrations.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and governing integration solutions that connect our ERP and customer-facing systems with customers and external partners around the world.

About the role

As Global Integration Architect - Customer Integrations, you will act as the information architect for customer integrations within the Global Integration team. You will lead integration design initiatives, define integration requirements together with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute hands-on as both architect and developer.

The role has a strong data-centric focus, ensuring that customer data is integrated efficiently, consistently, and securely across systems. You will work closely with service managers for ERP and customer-facing systems, as well as external customers and partners, to develop robust integration solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

In addition to solution design and development, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving integration services to ensure long-term stability and performance.

Your main tasks will be:

Integration Architecture & Design

· Lead the design of integration solutions involving customer data across internal and external systems.

· Define integration requirements together with ERP service managers, customer-facing system owners, and external partners.

· Maintain and develop the technical architecture for customer integrations.

· Drive best practices and standards related to integration architecture and information management.

Integration Development & Operations

· Develop integration solutions based on approved designs and business requirements.

· Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve integration solutions.

· Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities related to integrations.

· Ensure reliable and efficient automation of customer-related data flows.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

· Act as a key point of contact for external parties involved in customer integrations.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable integration solutions.

· Stay informed about external developments and industry trends within integration technologies and customer data exchange.

You report to: Manager Global Integration.

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

· Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education and experience.

· Several years of experience designing and developing integration solutions.

· Experience working with ERP systems and customer integrations in collaboration with external stakeholders

· Strong understanding of integration architecture and data-driven system communication.

· Experience working with Microsoft Azure integration services and related technologies.

· Good knowledge of Azure DevOps.

· Knowledge of the Papinet EDI format.

· Understanding of SAP data models

· Experience from the pulp and paper industry is considered an advantage.

· Certifications within Microsoft technologies are a merit.

· Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
