As Director Planning, you will:

  • Drive cross‑functional alignment on capacity, demand, and supply planning priorities.
  • Collaborate effectively with Wood Supply, Operations, Business Areas, Finance and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach and develop the planning team, securing follow‑up of targets and KPIs.

You will report to Vice President Sourcing & Supply Chain. The role is based at any of our mills in Sweden, or the Solna office.

At Billerud, we put Safety First. Together we take great pride in our responsibility to contribute to a safe work environment.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Relevant educational background, for example in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management & Logistics, Business Administration or similar.

Experience from working in a complex industrial environment and enjoy collaborating across functions. You have worked with demand, supply or inventory planning, and are familiar with S&OP.

You understand supply chain and order‑to‑cash processes and feel comfortable working with ERP/planning tools and data.

Documented ability to prioritize, deliver results and work independently.
You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
