We are now looking for an SAP Solution Specialist L2C
 Are you an experienced SAP professional with a passion for translating business needs into effective technology solutions? We are now offering a unique opportunity to shape and develop Billerud’s future global SAP landscape in a true greenfield transformation.

As part of Billerud's ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation journey, we are looking for an SAP Solution Specialist Lead to cash to drive the delivery, support and continuous improvement of IT solutions within the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) domain. In this role, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable and sustainable solutions both in SAP, customer portals and other legacy systems within L2C at Billerud.

Your main tasks will be: 

• Provide end-to-end support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Billeruds SAP S/4HANA Lead-to-Cash processes and existing legacy systems solutions across Sales & Distribution, including order management, pricing, delivery management, shipping execution, billing, and customer fulfilment.
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for incidents, service requests, problem management, and system-related inquiries within the customer solutions area.
• Analyze business requirements and propose solutions, including recommendations regarding functionality, architecture, scope, effort, and cost.
• Drive the adoption of new functionality and best practices that enhance business value, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of issues across SAP solutions, customer portals, integrations, and connected systems.

While the preferred location for this role is Solna, the position can also be based in one of our mills in Sweden. Frequent travel to our Solna office is an essential part of the role.

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, Logistics, or a related field
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Lead-to-Cash processes and solutions
• Experience with both custom-built and ERP systems, customer portals, and an understanding of their integration challenges
• SAP Application Maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
• Experience in the manufacturing or paper industry
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. 

You are a collaborative and business-oriented professional who enjoys translating business requirements into sustainable and value-creating SAP solutions. You have strong analytical skills and communicate effectively with different resources and roles, both technical and business staff.

As a team player you enjoy working in a cross-functional environment. You have strong logical and reasoning skills and a strong knowledge of Billeruds customer processes.
