Scope: Lead Operator on shift in the Pulp Mill. Provide direction to Pulp Mill crew members to provide safe, reliable equipment operation within defined parameters. Demonstrate a balance of technical and organizational skills consistent with the Quinnesec Mill leadership principles.

Musts: Pulp Mill JFII Operator, with one certification through the gate in JFI.
