Scope:

Perform the locating functions for the production from paper machine and rewinders. Maintain paper warehouse organization for safe and efficient operation in PS&D. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Bay assignments & consolidations
• Inventory dispositions, reassignments, searches, and investigations
• Involvement with planning and reconciling physical inventories
• Planning shipments to/from Gunville warehouse
• Bay management: roll storage guidelines, appropriate warehouse and layout re-designs
• Participation in management of daily loading schedule
• Attendance and participation in Logistics team meetings
• Communication of any warehouse issues and process changes
• Proactively organize future orders to be moved to outside warehouses

Musts:

• Candidates must be members in good standing at the time of application.
• A high level of operational knowledge of the PS&D area systems
• Possess sound problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing skills
• Demonstrates the ability to advocate for Billerud, the Quinnesec Mill, Paper Business Unit and the PS&D area.
