Scope:

To provide leadership, manage resources and boundaries on shift so that the Paper Business Unit safely and productively delivers a quality coated free sheet product to our customers. Also, manages in a manner that is consistent with Billerud’s and Quinnesec’s philosophies, policies and procedures.

Musts:

• Fully certified JFII on Q41 with a JF1C gate certification.

• A high level of operational and mechanical knowledge of paper manufacturing systems

• Demonstrates the ability to advocate Billerud, the Quinnesec Mill and the Paper Business Unit

CANDIDATES: Only candidates from within Billerud – Q41 may be considered for this position. Candidates must be members in good standing at the time of application. Successful candidates that are promoted into the JF1C position with BT gate certification will be eligible for future JF1A and Dry End Team Leader promotions.
