Scope:

To provide leadership, manage resources and boundaries on shift so that the Paper Business Unit safely and productively delivers a quality coated free sheet product to our customers. Also, manages in a manner that is consistent with Billerud’s and Quinnesec’s philosophies, policies and procedures.

Musts:

• Certified JFI C from Q41 department.

• Demonstrates the ability to advocate Billerud, the Quinnesec Mill and the Paper Business Unit

CANDIDATES: Only candidates from within Q41 may be considered for this position. Candidates must be members in good standing at the time of application. Candidates must be a Fully Certified JFI C promoted BEFORE 2/26/25 with gate certification as BT or SPO or a Fully Certified JF1C promoted AFTER 2/26/25 with BT gate certification.
