Scope:
Provide daily leadership to the crew and perform other duties including leading crew meetings, supporting planning demands, filling supervisor vacancies, responding to priority changes in the daily plan and building efficiencies into the crew daily routine. The team leader will also be expected to manage performance/behavioral issues at the “Early Intervention” stage and contribute to member performance reviews. Also, work in the field when appropriate.
