Are you at the beginning of your finance career and eager to develop within Group FP&A, reporting and performance management? 
 
We are looking for a Group Business Controller to join our Group Business Control & CEO Office team within Group Finance. In this role, you will support monthly and quarterly closings, forecasts, budgets and management reporting by preparing analysis, maintaining reporting material and contributing to structured follow-up of Billerud’s financial performance. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and finance stakeholders across the Group, gaining broad exposure to planning, reporting and performance management in an international environment. 
 
Your main tasks will be: 

- Support monthly and quarterly closings by preparing recurring analysis, reporting material and follow-up on selected financial areas 

- Contribute to management reporting by ensuring that financial input is accurate, timely and clearly presented 

- Prepare financial analysis, variance comments and supporting material for Group Business Control and relevant finance stakeholders 

- Build an understanding of key performance drivers and contribute to clear explanations of financial development 

- Support planning, forecasting and follow-up processes by preparing templates, collecting input and maintaining reporting files 

- Work with finance colleagues across the Group to support timely, consistent and comparable financial deliverables 

- Contribute to finance improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects within Group Business Control & CEO Office 

 
- The position reports to the Head of Group Business Control & CEO Office. The role is based in Solna, Stockholm.

To succeed in this position, we believe you have: 

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field 
• One to two years of relevant experience from controlling, FP&A, commercial finance, operations finance or a similar role 
• A basic understanding of financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis 
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage 
• Interest in learning financial systems, Group consolidation and planning tools; experience with systems such as SAP, Agresso, Cognos Controller and Planning & Analytics is an advantage 
• Fluency in English and Swedish
