We are now looking for a Development Manager to our BEU Development team.

 

This is a temporary assignment starting in Q3 and running until June 2027.


You will join our European Development team and contribute to key projects, business intelligence, and financial modelling, with a focus on performance tracking and strategic initiatives across Europe. You will also play a key role in preparing top management presentations and supporting the execution of our strategies.

 

As Development Manager, you will drive and coordinate the strategic development agenda for Europe by supporting decision-making through analysis, structured processes, and high-quality business insights. The role ensures alignment across functions on strategic priorities and enables the execution of key “must win battles”.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Facilitate execution of the Way Forward strategy including planning and follow-up
  • Develop and prepare decision material for senior management and Board-level discussions
  • Drive and coordinate business intelligence activities, including market, competitor, and performance analysis
  • Support identification and execution of strategic key initiatives
  • Ensure alignment and communication of strategic priorities across functions and units
  • Structure, analyze and synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations

Qualifications

We believe the following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, e.g. from management consulting, business development, or a functional role within areas such as operations, commercial, supply chain, or finance.
  • Strong presentation skills, including development of executive-level materials
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

 

Additional experience that will be valuable:

 

  • Experience in business analysis and financial modelling
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience from managing streams in cross-functional projects
  • Experience in business strategy development and execution
  • Functional experience (operations, commercial, supply chain, finance)
